Buying • Selling • Flipping • Local Finds
From everyday resale items to vintage pieces and local treasures, you never know what the next project will be.
How it works
1. Find it. Estate sales, thrift stores, Marketplace, curb pickups, and tips from neighbors.
2. Figure out what it is. Research, test it, clean it up if it needs it.
3. Restore, sell, or keep the story. Some things get restored. Some get sold. Some lead to the next project.
4. Share what I learn. Prices, pitfalls, and the story behind the find — here and on Facebook.
